Life goes on.

Well for all of you living outside of arizona I hope that you are enjoying your summer, today was only 105 degrees as it was 113-115 degrees that last couple days. On the radio they call it an extreme heat advisory. My perfectly green grass has several dead spots, as well as 2 of our front bushes have bit the big one. Our garden is taking a toll at the hand of the sun but we are still harvesting a couple tomatoes here and there; some of the watermelons are about an inch or so in size. Christian got his head shaved with me this morning, he calls it his shark haircut, dean got his first real haircut. We are really excited to be going to Colorado in a couple weeks. Oh how I lonnnnng for cooler weather, we will be staying at mema's house in Sanford, or in her camper when we are not camping. Christine continues to play her monthly bunco party where she does quite well, not that there is any strategy to the game. She is now off from work for the summer.

I recently went to the ER it turned out to be a bunch of trapped gas under my Gallbladder, which is the only reason I went there fearing my gallbladder went bad. oh well I am fit as a fiddle, I guess? Nurses are all hyperchondriacs and the worst patients. well we hope all is well in all our family and friends' lives. take care.

You lucky ducks! Can I go with you to Colorado? I got invited to do a Bunko group two months ago, but they are still looking for some more people in our neighborhood to join! I can't wait for it to happen--it is a really fun game! My orange trees are suffering from the heat. I need Dale to add a drip system or else I fear they may not make it through the summer.

Thanks for the updates. Tell Christine hi. I'm hoping for pictures from your trips.
